Message*	Poor Choice for a University <a href="http://nrpv.org/actions/?id=3126">http://nrpv.org/actions/?id=3126</a> I just took a very important action on the IndictBushNow website: I sent a letter to University of Wyoming President Tom Buchanan expressing outrage at the decision to name their new center for international students after former Vice President Dick Cheney.<br /> <br /> Not only has Cheney done much to ruin "international relations"; but, along with Bush and Rumsfeld, is directly responsible for the criminal wars, heinous acts of torture, gross violations of international law and widespread suppression of civil rights that defined the Bush era.<br /> <br /> The students and faculty at the University of Wyoming, together with community members, are organizing against this outrage. They will be demonstrating at the dedication ceremony today, which Cheney and his wife are expected to attend.<br /> <br /> I thought you might be interested in joining me and millions of others who believe in justice and accountability. Let's show the people of Wyoming we stand with them against this affront!
